- The name of the Club is The Nottingham Branch of the MNDA "49 Club".
- The club is formed to raise funds for the Association.
- Membership shall be limited to 49 membership numbers.
- Membership subscriptions shall be £4.00 per month payable in advance.
- A person can have more that one membership number by donating multiples of £4.00 every month.
- Membership shall be at the discretion of the Committee of the Nottinghamshire Branch.
- Each application shall be randomly allocated a membership number between 1 to 49 inclusive.
- Any member who falls one month in arrears with a subscription shall automatically cease to hold membership and shall forfeit subscriptions already paid, his/her membership number(s) and all interests and rights in the "49 club".
- When the membership is fully subscribed, replacement members shall be taken from a waiting list in strict order. He/she shall be given the number of the retiring member and shall be entitled to participate in all draws for prizes issued from the moment of his/her entry.
- The decision of the Committee in all matters will be final.
